In general it's fine for the place where I stay in Germany. But the most annoying part - you click on Cancel and app rotates for a while and does nothing. It keeps the order active irrespective of how many times you cancel it.

Pretty much the only game in town for Kaiserslautern. One thing I don't like is once you order the cab, the screen is locked to your location and you can't see your cab's travel until it gets quite close.

the service is good but try add the service where the customer can directly call the driver after booking is confirmed
