Ratings and reviews

Very bad experience... got a car which was new but had no registration, for 200 km the app showed 3500₹ but at the end of journey I was charged 6500₹. There was no slip or break up provided. Avoid this trap as they pull you by showing lower charges in the app but charge you crazy amount at the end of journey.

The pickup was punctual, but the cab's condition was terrible; fortunately, the AC worked. Despite being told the fare was all-inclusive, I was surprised when the driver demanded an extra 180 rupees for toll tax. His meter was out of order, so he relied on an app for distance calculation. I ended up paying 315 rupees extra for luggage space and an additional 150 rupees for GST, which seemed to be the highest compared to other platforms. This experience has convinced me not to use Cabbazar.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by the agency.because I have not received my bill in my whatsapp no. and also unable to download the same from the App. I have contacted with the vehicle owner he said bill will be send by company on my mobile no. & Also charge extra amounts. I was on official trip. I thought I will lose the money in absence of bill. Do not prefer for official trip otherwise you will be suffer. Worst app and worst service.
