Cabify support NEVER replies. I sent already 3 mails and they have just not responded. Majority of drivers is okay. But if a driver does not come (within 20 mins of waiting) and does not move, you still cannot cancel the request without being charged 2 USD. This is very disappointing. As well it happened that a driver was waiting 100 m from my marked waiting position and expected me to call and find him.
Terrible and buggy app! Although the drivers' service is usually good and sometimes only acceptable, the app doesn't detects that journeys have started or ended, keeping "Your car is on its way" in the icon area in an annoying way. Today I cancelled a journey, but the driver didn't get that change and the app was more a cause of problem than a solution for me.
It is a good app. It works fine here in Argentina. The only thing is that they say they are pet friendly but some drivers declained to ride me with my little dog (in its carrier).
Driver did not show up. Looks like I still got charged the fare. I can't find a way on app to dispute the fare or rate the driver
This global "app" left us, my grandmother and I standee in Mexico city... Because all of a sudden they had a problem with my cc... It worked for a week then all of a sudden it didn't so we were stranded at a mall. They only provided email support so 2 days later they say that they don't believe that the credit card in my name was mine so I got an email requesting both front and back pics of my credit card along with a pic of my passport.... Say what? That is litterly all you need to steal an identity. It baffles me that this is a global company. Just use Uber or yaxi... Alot more dependable.
Péssimo suporte. O aplicativo não possui opção para reclamações e permite cobranças indevidas, gerando uma dor de cabeça para o usuário. Se você pedir uma corrida e o motorista cancelar mesmo sem ter te buscado, você é cobrado o valor mínimo, que é por volta de 8 reais. Um roubo. Já reclamei a mais de um mês e nem me responderam.
