Import doesn't work correctly. I Friedrich import my sleep data that I had exported from Sleep Bot but instead of importing the current data it imports old deleted data from another app. Weird. Needs to be fixed otherwise its useless for me.
Room for Improvement The app seems based on solid data. However, the algorithm doesn't seem a good fit for me, because I have an unusual meal schedule (my breakfast is large, so my midday dip in alertness happens in the middle of the morning) and I frequently consume alertness-affecting medication, like Adderall and melatonin. It would be better if the algorithm could adapt its model according to data from the user, like from the alertness tester in Sleep Fit, and to events like drinking coffee.
Algorythm is good but import fr Sleepbot doesn't work comunityI recommend everyone just manually enter times because it does not import accurate dates. Would like to see a comunity discussion so that maybe we can figure out how to use the what ifs. i.e. when to nap. otherwise it makes no sense.
Dev please come back to work This app is the only one of its kind to actually apply an scientifically validated algorithms to sleep data from the two major sleep actigraphy apps. While it is basic it manages to get the job done. Please come back Dev, we just need a few more usability tweaks and this app will be perfect. Thank you for your app thus far.
On my galaxy note 2, it is too hard to read the graph with the % rest versus time of day b3vause of the small print. Unable to zoom into it to read. Zooming just stretched graph out bust keeps print extremely small. The other complaint 8s it changes your sleep history times if you chang time zone when traveling. Would be nice to keep it on one time zone when you are traveling the world. Otherwise I like it. I use it in my flying profession to predict fatigue.
Interesting &somewhat useful but could use some more options Good to keep track of sleep so can monitor sleep see if have good sleep schedule. Would be better if app had more options to edit should be able to click on a sleep entry to edit it and be able to change dont and background colours would be very beneficial for people with vision issues. I found that it said I was a certain percentage alert when i felt sleepy like dosing. I find annoying how can't scroll back to see graph of sleep from previous day/s as means can't monitor sleep enough.
