The good-morning-app increases the self-organisation and leads to health promotion and a target-oriented course of the day. This results from a combination of relaxation-, visualisation-, attentiveness-exercises and goal-reaching-techniques. A health-promoting and wholesome resource condition will be aroused.
A regular usage of this app leads to an attentive handling of yourself and to a well organised and successful self-organisation all over the day. The target-oriented and constructive use of mental images co-ordinates unconscious processes with conscious targets.
You may, right after waking up and still lying in bed, use this app. If you are allured to fall asleep again, use the app later. You may use the app while traveling by rail to work or at any other early time of the day. Do not use it while driving a car. You may read the app's text and answer the questions accordingly. If you use the app regularly you\'ll know the text and the questions by heart and you will be able to lead yourself to the answers of your daily questions. This may also have the effect that simply posing the questions leads to a positive and effective mood for the day. The questions can become your guiding questions. Add them to your calendar and let them stimulate you day by day to organise your time attentively and in a target-oriented way.
You may listen, read or listen and read at the same time.
The effectiveness of this app increases significantly if you answer the questions at the end of the exercise. You may send your answers via e-mail to any e-mail account and thus it's possible to go back to your answers anytime you like. This app is based on the concepts of Milton Erickson (Clinical hypnosis), Jon Kabat-Zinn (Stress-management by attentiveness) und Gerald Hüther (Brain research).
