This exercise helps to visualise targets. This kind of technique is used in high-performance sports to increase the probability of success. Within a mental workout it is important to repeat again and again the visualisation of your targets, to set intermediate goals and define measures to accomplish the targets and the intermediate goals.
Please frame your targets concretely, terminated, positive and within a declarative sentence, e.g. - our company's balance will show a profit of 20% -Within six months I will take my examination -Next year I will compete in a marathon.
Repeatedly visualising images in a relaxed condition speeds up the imagination process and leads to a change of your entire mental state. This app is especially suitable to clarify own targets and to define measures to reach these targets. In order to automise the recalling process and to enhance the effectiveness you need a certain amount of practice.
You may listen, read or listen and read at the same time.
The effectiveness of this app increases significantly if you answer the questions at the end of the exercise. You may send your answers via e-mail to any e-mail account and thus it's possible to go back to your answers anytime you like.
