Very bad behavior and very bad services (la roche sur yon ) they give you a time for appointment but when you go for your appointment there is no person to teke the appointment in the bank such an idiot bank this is 😡😡😡

Outdated design. Takes ages to load. Clunky to navigate. Sometimes won't even let me log in. No in-app budget managment, nor is it compatible with third-party budget managing apps. My iPhone owning friends seem to have goten a major QoL update. Nothing on Android though. Not to mention the bank itself, enourmous fees, and they're willing to lie to your face to get more money. Update : Yes thank you for telling me to do what I just told you I couldn't do.

For several months (pre and in lockdown included), I haven't been able to access my account via the app as well as on the website. No communication whatsoever to justify this, it's very unfortunate in critical conditions to have a poor customer service. Client for 15+ years, I really hope you will improve this.
