The app itself is nice, especially now that I've upgraded to the plus while on sale. Couple critiques: -Wish there was an online portal through which I could schedule, browse workouts, etc -I can't seem to bulk plan days/weeks ahead. I'd love a "repeats every..." button. I have to add each individual workout every day that I plan on working out. I can't easily pre-plan a training block

3.5 stars. I enjoy the app and I started the trial; I want the auto rest timer (sketch to keep that behind a paywall btw). Biggest disappointment is the app doesn't calculate progressive overload; standard for training apps these days. I like the exercises available and the videos of them. The workout plans may come in useful. I probably won't use coaching, so it makes premium a tough sell. If a progressive overload feature was available I'd buy immediately. Will see how trial goes.

Really loved this app at first, it definitely helped me as a beginner to build routines and find exercises I like and can push myself on. Knocking it down a bit because the strength score seems very arbitrary and can be incredibly demotivating. I had PRs on 6 different leg exercises this past week and my strength score for legs went down 60 points. I really love the community aspect but I think I will move to a tracker that just tracks reps and doesn't make me feel bad :(

Great that you really like aspects of the app, aside from Strength Score. If you don't find Strength Score to be helpful, you can actually turn this off by going to Menu > General. Separately, if you'd like clarification on any of the score changes you've seen, please reach out to support@caliberstrong.com and we'll be happy to help from there.
