Handstand Journey makes learning incredible exercises like the Handstand and the Handstand Push Up fun and exciting. You can begin your handstand journey from home, with no equipment, great for getting fit during lockdown.
Working on your handstand can massively improve both your general fitness, and improve performance in other disciplines; like yoga, calisthenics, sports, gymnastics, and much more.
Just pick your goal and we’ll create a workout plan for you. You can then follow along to each workout with our easy-to-use in-app workout. As you work through each step of the program, you’ll focus on increasingly challenging exercises. You’ll work toward your goal, one step at a time.
Handstand Journey also has an exercise library of 50 exercises (and growing), each one designed to help get you closer to achieving your handstand. For each exercise, we've provided you with a clear video demonstration and detailed description.
