CommandIQ® delivers everything you need to control every aspect of your home Wi-Fi experience. The simple, intuitive design of the app puts the information you need at your fingertips to set your network priorities for performance and security for every device, application, room, and family member.

Designed for use with GigaSpire BLAST systems, this app provides easy navigation, enabling you to:


• Reset your primary SSID or password for Wi-Fi
• Run bandwidth tests to monitor network performance
• View and assign connected devices to profiles, places and/or priority networks
• Create guest, work-from-home or custom wireless networks
• Add new devices to the network quickly and easy through the app’s WPS feature
• Set parental controls by scheduling network /Internet downtime, blocking advanced security options, and new capabilities

CommandIQ is available to subscribers of broadband service providers that offer GigaSpire BLAST systems. If you are unsure about app compatibility with your network/Wi-Fi router or system, please contact your service provider. App feature availability is based on your country of residence and/or your Wi-Fi system and is limited to your home Wi-Fi network.

app worked fine till this last update and now the app suddenly refuses to acknowledge anything at all. nothing loads, no devices, profiles, the router itself. . . and because I use the app, the web browser login is limited. ⚠️Edit to add: i had to completely uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to function. thank god I remembered my log in cause there was no way for me to access seeing what email I had saved for the app! good luck to anyone who cant remember their login credentials!

This app is garbage. It rarely works. Constantly get the message "there was a delay". Can't do anything with it. Close, reopen, same, close, clear cache, reopen, same, restart phone, same. Occasionally it works more or less ok but it's few and far in-between and never when I really need to use it. I "use" this on 2 devices with the same results. It has been this way for nearly a year and doesn't get many updates.

No Management Options - This app isn't worth the space it takes up. You cannot control your network, can't set parental controls/schedules, can't remove connected devices from your network. You can login to your router and stare it, that's it. It asks you to assign users to connected devices, but it isn't even possible to create a user account outside of your own.
