First, its amazing that this is free, because this takes a lot of work to develop any app, so thank you. Art work is nice. Well organized app. Problem is that on our Samsung tablets, you cannot back arrow, not to go to the menu and not to get out of the app. I also wish that the touch function was a bit more interesting. The photos jiggle, and some make sounds, which is fun. I like the pop up dialogue, but would like if the characters could be "stickers", and movable. Sorry for the wish list.
It's okay. I like it, but I don't LOVE it. I'm 12 years old, so I'm old enough to know that I need to pay attention in sacrament...but contrary to popular belief, you don't have to play sunday appropriate games only on Sunday! I like this game because it keeps me focused on biblical history and not Instagram. It's great for little kids and even older ones...like I said I'm 12, not some toddler...it works! Definitely recommend it 👍
I like the story telling I don't understand why I can move the characters on the screen. If they do why not have them move in an animation? I download the 3 chapters it takes up 618 mb of space on my phone. Can you reduce it? Maybe a PowerPoint presentation would be nice. The bingo game is boring maybe a matching memory game is better. The coloring book is fine. The make a screen is limited to 5 characters. Overall good idea just would like it to be small the file size and a better game than bingo. Thank you for reading this.
UPDATED REVIEW: This is a great app that my kids love to play with during church, especially the sticker book. The only problem, and it's kind of a big one, is that after the stickers on a page are complete, the words of the story no longer pop up like they used to. It only plays the story out loud which, during church, is a problem.
Not unique This app is nice, but not unique. It tells some stories of the book of Mormon, but its just pictures with someone reading the story, not much different than what you can find in the official church gospel library app. The activities are just drawing and other simple things that I already have on other free apps. I like how the context is scripture stories, but that isn't clear to my kids when playing the games because the animation and art is different from all the pictures they see at church.
We love this app but it has some glitches. Sometimes the words and pictures get out of order. But overall great app for kids to learn the scripture stories!
