We inform you of sales, monthly rent, and jeonse prices occurring around our buildings every day! We provide not only apartments, but also multi-family homes, townhouses, villas, and officetels. You can look up or search the actual transaction price (market price) of the area you are interested in using the map! (Market prices are provided by data registered with KB Real Estate and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport)

• Landlord secret community
Learn tips and know-how from rental experts in a real estate community made up of real landlords! If you have any questions, you can post questions and receive answers from experts, and JariTalk will notify you of the know-how provided by experts through push. (Notification of hot issues for landlords)

• Super-speed vacancy resolution
Is my house vacant? Now, don’t be a fan of things! Just enter basic real estate information such as deposit, monthly rent, and management fee into JariTalk, and we will register up to 20 nearby real estate properties at once. (Contract within 2 weeks on average)

• Monthly rent/management fee credit card payment (Jari Pay)
We cover your monthly rent bill and when you are short on cash, we protect you by paying your rent with a credit card. Get recognition for your card performance by paying monthly rent by card (Zari Pay) and receive up to 17% monthly rent refund! (Up to 7 months interest-free installments) The money will be deposited into the lessor’s account in the name of your choice.

Contact information: Required if you want to retrieve the address book and register it in the ZariTalk rental ledger.

■ Optional access rights
Photo/Media/File: Used to upload photos saved in the album.
Camera: Used to take and upload photos with the camera.
Notification: Used to receive notifications related to the ZariTalk service.
Location information: Used to display information on houses around the user's current location on the map.

※ You can use the service even if you do not agree to the optional access permissions, but use of functions that require such permissions may be restricted.

※ Access permission can be revoked in Settings > Application > JariTalk > Permissions > Access Permission Management.

수수료는 있지만 그래도 놓치기 전에 제때 월세를 낼 수 있고 앱으로 관리 가능한게 상당히 편리합니다.

집주변 솔직한 리뷰도 볼수있고 월세를 카드로 낼수 있는게 너무 좋아요.
