Terrible customer service and awful call quality. I signed up to callhippo and as I was interested in the power dialer, paid for the mid tier option right away. After trying just a few calls with clients, the call quality was absolutely terrible. Members couldn't hear what I was saying, I was having to repeat myself over and over again on sales calls, and, all in all, had a terrible experience from day 1. After this, they are refusing to refund us for a terrible product and service. AVOID!

I don't even know where to begin. This is an absolute nightmare of a service, app and company. From the moment I purchased a plan it's been a terrible waste of time and money. The app is horrible, the toll free number I purchased never worked, I was on chat support for almost 2 hours on the start of my work day and my problem was not resolved. I received an email stating I was low on credits when I've yet to ever use the service! Customer service is also terrible, terrible, terrible!! RUN!👎🏼

It's a good app, but it has a problem with the phone sensor. Every time we pass a finger over the top of the phone, the screen turns off, even when the app isn't open.
