I love it. I'm recommending it to my counselor so he can let his other patients know about this app. It had helped me in my journey back to health: calmed my anxiety, renew my energy, slowly stop the chatter. Much easier way to practice mindfulness. I haven't bought anything yet. This is all with the free version. I'm will probably invest in the inapp purchases at some point.
I started using the free version of this app when I was trying to establish a daily meditation habit. I upgraded to the full version during a particularly stressful time, and I am convinced that it is the reason I stayed sane through that difficult period. The focused meditations are extremely helpful. And the sleep stories alleviated through stress-induced insomnia. I also really like the soothing ambient sounds, which I use to help me focus and stay calm in a particularly chaotic work environment. My coworkers use it now, too.
I really like this app. It is so much better than the other meditation apps I have tried. I haven't paid for the full version yet but it offers you enough things to get you going for a while. I think the price for the full version is quite high around (£13 a for month £60 for a for a year or£300 for ever) but other than that I really love this app
I've got pretty terrible anxiety, and after three days of using this app I'm already feeling less frantic and more centered. My only issue is that I can hear the break in the background sounds as it restarts. Minor gripe, and the rest of this beautiful app more than makes up for it. :) Edit: have now bought a year's subscription, pricey but I think it's well worth it. I'm actually spending a decent quantity of my waking hours feeling happy! :)
I really like how this works and love the soothing background sounds. I wish it were possible to purchase individual portions of the app instead of having to have a subscription. Also, I would love to be able to try the children's meditations with my girls because I think it would really benefit them!
I loved this app and used it every day. But then the guided body scan meditation and the loving kindness practice were locked and so I no longer use this app as I don't have the money to subscribe to it yet, being a student however I was definitely going to buy a subscription when I start working next year. Now I'm not so sure since I hardly use the app any more. Please make a couple meditations free again.
