One of the best meditation apps Update: Daily Calm doesn't update automatically now and can hardly ever get it to play first time - have to play another meditation and go back to it which is a bit annoying. I've tried lots of meditation apps but this one is probably the most comprehensive and keeps you motivated with 7 and 21 day challenges.
Great app Half way through a month subscription to test it out. I like the features, but and unless I'm missing something, would really appreciate a "do not disturb' setting while a session is in progress. Setting to airplane mode is available, however it's an unnecessary extra step. Full stars when this feature us added.
Really like this app Noticed with recent updates that the streamlined look is nice. Is there a chance that the new daily scene will have some sort of music/sound to it? Also any chance of lengthening the timed meditations for anxiety for longer than 10 minutes?
Great tracking Love this app. I use the unguided meditation. It's free and rings a bell every few minutes as an awareness reminder. The biggest value I get from it is the tracking of your meditation sessions and regularity. Particularly the "current streak" feature tells you how many days you've meditated in a row. It's the best.
Great even for beginners I have always wanted to start meditating, but did not know where to begin. I heard of this app and tried it out. It is amazing! It walks you through how to start meditating and the purpose for it, and then it has many different meditation themes to help you become more healthy with your mind and body. I would recommend it for anyone!
Already Helping I've got pretty terrible anxiety, and after three days of using this app I'm already feeling less frantic and more centered. My only issue is that I can hear the break in the background sounds as it restarts. Minor gripe, and the rest of this beautiful app more than makes up for it. :)
