App is inconsistent when it comes to reliability. It really needs some optimization. App sometimes doesn't even load. Update: It got worse. At this point, I'm just checking my points through GoTyme.

It has been months and I'm unable to see my points. Keepa showing "Unable to process at the moment. Please try later" message. I need to uninstall the app and reinstall it to make it work. Then I finally see my points balance. Not to mention that the there were points missing or not reflected.

Useless app. Been using my UB gorewards debit but I can't link my card to their app. Had an email exchange with their CS team and a "supervisor" who resolved the issue by adding a totally different member card in the app. So technically, no points earned. I can't even verify my email bec it says it's used. Cant delete it either bec my email is not verified. CS takes for ever to response, like 3mos up to a year. Lol seriously. Happened to me.
