They don't even own an actual website.. forcing you to download an app and input personal information if you want to see the listings on their For Sale signs. Completely unnecessary and invasive.

It seems you may have clicked on one of our app promotion ads, which redirected you to the download page. You can always explore listings freely on our site anytime.

The app is not useful if you are looking for a home anywhere in BC

Be wary of unsolicited phone calls. I just got the app to get a sense of how I'll never be able to actually pay off a mortgage in my lifetime, and I get an unprompted phone call from these people during my working hours. The last thing I need is a spineless realtor trying to scalp me of whatever my credit score has to offer by interrupting my time at work.
