I've been playing this game for a while. I bought a Bitizenship back when it was a $5.99 one-time-purchase to unlock all current and future content. Had my phone replaced, re-logged into all my apps and guess what I don't have anymore? 90% of the expansion packs I had previously. "Restore purchases" didn't work. I've contacted support twice on this matter. The first suggestion didn't work, never got an answer back about the second. 5 star down to a 1 star.

The only thing that I don't get is why make people pay for dark mode? I don't really care about the other in-app purchases since if you don't want to pay, you can just have ads, but dark mode being put under a pay wall seems a bit far. The other thing is the ads, more specifically the ads when you say you don't want to watch an ad for something, you click on a different option and/or you click the exit since you changed your mind and it still gives you an ad. Other than that, cool game.

This game. GREAT. But if you don't pay money it is NOT worth it. They need to just go ahead and make this a paid game it's that bad. The ads are suffocating... I wanna play but I had to stop cause the ads were WAY too bad. And I like the game enough to think I might could get past them but I can't. it's ridiculous. Either make it a paid game or cut the ads in half. That's the only way this game will be worth it.
