I've used this app for several years. It became a worthless piece of garbage on my phone. My patience is gone, as well as this garbage from my phone. I've been bringing up several different issues to the support team over last 2 years or so and no resolution. I get access to this garbage app thru my Autotrader package. I will forward all info (and I have a lot of screen shots and screen videos of different issues) to Autotrader on Monday. They should know what they are paying for.

Very poor app. There is no way to save important messages or delete the ones not needed... It keeps sending notifications saying new message for old inquiries!! I unassigned conversation close the app... In 10 minutes , a notification for new messages! But it is still the old message!! Tried pause conversation! Still same problem, even tried black list consumer still comes in 10 minutes as new new inquiry! Lol So i deleted the app sadly as it is not usable! Well out dated app! Please improve it

Utter garbage - some employees see a incoming chat notification before others...even when we are all on the same network. Mobile app is sketchy at best and desktop version does not work with Chrome very well - why have it available in the Google play store if it doesn't connect well? Constantly losing chats/connections, and personally losing sales and money. Wish my store would utilize someone else, these ppl are hacks. Wish I could give ZERO stars, do not buy or pay for this service.

v5.1.7: Bug fix for conversation transcript not available if agent opens conversation but then immediately performs an action. Please contact support if you are seeing conversations that have missing messages from the customer. Thank you!
