Auto answer is too quick Auto reply is too quick, 3 sec. And when new chat comes in, I don't get notified until system responds back to customer that "no one is available to answer you".
Internet Manager Walk away from the wifi and it logs out, doesn't always log back in. data only? 8 hours maximum, more would be nice. Have uninstalled, did not fix. Seems to be working better the last few weeks yet now 1 in every 5 mornings I can't open up the app. Turn the phone off/on, then it works? If consumer is on mobile, delay is too long! Immediately suggest text option! Text works, why not chat? Would an IPhone work? Can I turn off the chat? Use only text?
Makes my job so much easier I love this app and the recent update. Being able to take my chats and text messages with me has made my sales go up.
New update is awesome! I use this app every day and with this new update, the app hasn't crashed once! I love being able to take my conversations on the go and not being tied to my desk. Nice work CAO team!
Crash Doesn't work. Constantly crashes. Ends mid chat. Terrible.
