The app Santa Cruz Public Library keeps sending notifications saying app has stopped, even when I haven't started it, and asking if I want to close or restart. I close/stop the app and then the cycle repeats again an hour or two later. The repeated notifications are annoying. In use it is simple and does what I want. Jan 2021 - still using it. It's quick and it works. Has a couple bugs in search. Can't use apostrophes in search field, and there is no message if the search can't find anything.

It continues to be tough to drill down on available sources and possibilities. This is likely true of all knowledge portals.

Doesn't work. The screen justice goes black, it is freezes, and then shuts down when I try and register my account.
