This app has hardly ever worked. It takes forever to connect your account, searching is a drag, and when you go to place a hold, it tells you you're unable to do so... but the hold goes through. Now I'm just going to struggle though the mobile version of the website.

you cannot complete installation on an Android because the pop-up confirmation does not appear like it does on an iOS device. So basically I am unable to complete installation and use of this app. Very frustrating

Can't log in to link account. Forever hangs on "Checking..." . I have tried over a few days on multiple occaisions. Utterly useless.
