Ever since I got the new app banking has become such a chore. What was once a bank app I could literally gloat about has become a dreadful, bloated series of loading screens and error messages. Paying my Credit Card got easier however logging in, depositing checks, transferring money, finding basic info, or using the app alongside other apps makes this feel like a downgrade to say the least. Financing has become a hobby of mine and I haven't been too grateful for this change.

This version that just launched in 2025 is way worse than the last one. The fonts and layout are way more complicated to read and adjust to in a hurry. Snapshot doesn't work. Quick balances was way cleaner. Snapshots stayed on the app every time I logged out, even though you may not want that to be the first thing you see. And now, I see there is no Snapshot option. Why did they have to change this, it's treated more like a social media app than a professional banking app

have had to deal with tech support 7 times since the last update, randomly locked out. it works the same as it did before but before it did everything I needed perfectly without the hiccups. so app was perfect before the last update.
