Ratings and reviews

Helpful app but riddled with bugs. Constantly tells me I'm not connected to the internet, even though I am. I have to continuously dismiss it. It's been like this for at least a year. Also, the UI doesn't wire up properly. There are accessor paths instead of rendered values everywhere. A bit concerning. Hopefully the security side of the app is a bit more thorough.

The CreditWise App worked very well up until 09/13/2024, when it stopped updating! In my attempts to get it to update, I tried logging out and back in many times, and even uninstalling the App and reinstalling, but the App no longer updates! I spoke with both Capital One support and TransUnion support, and neither can help. They can't fix the error! Four months later, the App still can't update any information. I'll just delete this broken and worthless App.

Originally the app worked very well. Was easy to use and understand, very helpful, etc. Now, App is no longer supported on my phone but little to no information is given by Capitol One or Android on how to remedy the situation. The play store does not provide an alternative. It may be an issue with my.phone getting older (late 2017 galaxy note 8).
