The products and services on the Baxi Box are numerous and are added to on a regular basis. Currently, the bouquet includes high volume and well known products, such as electronic airtime, data bundle utility bills, pay TV bills, money transfers and more.

I have been using the POS since 2013/14, it's so unreliable, firstly it's slows to receive transfers so I stopped using it for receiving transfers. currently, I can only receive money but can't send out. no customer care in the app or the machine. these guys should go and do something else if they're not ready.

In recent times am so disappointed with the terminal. Imagine trying to transfer money from out of the POS for close to 2weeks to no avail. And customer support is also the worst I've ever experienced (Slow and unreliable). Once am able to redeem my money out the POS through some drastic measure I'll deploy soon, am ditching it for good. Use Baxi at your own risk

Baxi what happening to ur app. dis dys for more than two weeks now you can't transfer nd can't withdraw. vending electricity has been pending. most annoying part of it is that customer service are not responding to call. plz you guys should do the needful.
