It is very good for watching different content in one app but sometimes the downloaded videos glitches and start from the start of the video by itself and also it don't show subtitles when the video is downloaded but it shows when I watch the same video online....😑....it is also causing trouble not showing some of the content that I used to watch , on going series which are being watched by others is not showing in this apps also whenever I'm searching for these it says the content is expired..

Hitv is a great entertainment app, I would have rated 5 star but Hitv is now lagging. I've been using this app since last year, it was fine, I would get the updates on tv series and movies but recently I'm unable to download tv series and it's not like it's not available at all. It is just not existing in my account. I've contacted the customer service but nothing has been done.Please I'd really appreciate it being fix, it's really frustrating.
