The add scene card option has never worked for me. I have been unable to pay with my credit card on the app for some time (getting the "oops" message error). I have confirmed with my bank that there is no block at their end and in fact the payments do go through (they show on my online banking as payment + reversal). There is no way to report bugs in the app or contact customer service. The app is useless for me right now.

This app works but is always frustrating in it's use. Usually I end up with issues of item not available after full order is set, even though address of store is first in list. This time, I have to enter in updated card info as it won't allow updating outdated info AND IT KEEPS THE OLD CARD INFO IN LIST? Now I 2 identical cards listed. What next time? And, order incomplete. Unfortunately picked up and brought to where staying before realizing childrens' onion rings missing and no straws.
So easy, order ahead, no hassle at the drive-thru, always ready, hot and order is perfect. The app is great, it saves your previous orders, you can customize your pick up time, use coupons.
