Why can't I place the order, have it held, then check in when I'm near the restaurant? Other competitors apps do it this way. And why can't I get a pickup code instead of giving a name? When I ordered and said "now" it said it would be ready in 9 mins, just enough time for me to drive to the restaurant. But whe I tried to tell it I would pick up later, so I could make it 15 minutes, it instead gave me times beginning 30 minutes and later, even after closing time. REFINE THIS APP PLEASE!

Completely and utterly broken and has been for months. Along with the apps for its sister restaurants, you can't add your credit card, and even if you do it won't process your payment. So I hope you didn't spend much time selecting what you were going to order, or have an app only coupon. After the last time I tried ordering with one of their sister restaurants apps, I called Mastercard and they said the payment was being approved then immediately refunded.

This app does not work at all. I created my order just fine, it is very easy to find the coupons and customize the order. But when I tried to input payment, it wouldnt accept any of my 3 different credit cards (one Visa, one Mastercard, one Amex). I kept getting the general message "oops! Something went wrong! Please try again" and it would not tell me specifically what was wrong. Harvey's I am trying to give you money for your food, but your app is not functional enough to finalize that info
