Tried to use a late night eats coupon and it let me order but wouldn't take payment. Went to the store and they said they couldn't help so I paid full price for something I could have ordered cheaper through the app (if it worked!) And it's not the first time I've had issues either. *edit : After reading other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one with issues so why don't they care to fix it? Wendy's opened nearby so... bye forever Harvey's!

App doesn't work. It's a shame because Harvey's food is delicious, and I want to support Canadian, but their app simply doesn't work. I've tried ordering multiple times in the past few weeks, and tried all the tricks; uninstalling, reinstalling, signing out, trying in a browser, even my husband tried on his phone and it never works. They either need to figure out their app or allow their employees to take orders over the phone for delivery.

app keep on crashing. payment did not go thru. none of my cards were accepted. reinstalled the app did not fix the issue. did not use the app for a few weeks. today, I want to order something after work and could not get the app to load. This is the 4th time in a row that I couldn't use the app to make an online order. (Yes, it has to be an online order because thats the only place where you can see and use their coupons)..... Please fix the app!
