Tried to use a late night eats coupon and it let me order but wouldn't take payment. Went to the store and they said they couldn't help so I paid full price for something I could have ordered cheaper through the app (if it worked!) And it's not the first time I've had issues either. *edit : After reading other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one with issues so why don't they care to fix it? Wendy's opened nearby so... bye forever Harvey's!

The app works well great for using coupons butt needs some improvements to made it better. When I go to the store I don't want takeout I want to eat in but there's no option to eat in on the APP I'm stuck with a little bag on a potentially dirty table instead of having a tray. Also the app does not give you points towards a reward. I think they are missing out on this as all their competitors have it. And having the option to used at the store with a QR code and being able to pay at a store .

Can't add my Scene card loyalty, an error occurred. Can't link my credit card, an error occurred. So i can't make an order which is the basic requirement from this app. There is no Google wallet available other than plain credit card number. app provide a general restaurant number, no staff at the counter is able to assist. basically useless, will give it a try in the future when the rating is higher
