Tried to use a late night eats coupon and it let me order but wouldn't take payment. Went to the store and they said they couldn't help so I paid full price for something I could have ordered cheaper through the app (if it worked!) And it's not the first time I've had issues either. *edit : After reading other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one with issues so why don't they care to fix it? Wendy's opened nearby so... bye forever Harvey's!

app is non-functional, even for the store. downloaded the app to take advantage of the coupons, placed our order and it took the money right away. after an hour of the app giving no update beyond that it was placed, we called the restaurant. they didnt have it on their end and explained to us that the app frequently doesn't work in-store. the app also doesn't have a way to get help with or cancel the order in the app, so we had to call support from the website to get help. support was nice tho.

Worst restaurant app. Cannot see the menu unless you select a specific location and that location is open. I just wanted to see the "summer menu". Wanted to get an idea of what I could get at Harvey's but no, I can't, unless the restaurant is open. Whose idea was that? Definitely some IT person with no sense of marketing and sales.
