Ratings and reviews

if you try and order and hit check-in for curbside you can't till it is done cooking. You also can't enter vehicles info or what spot you are in so they can not bring your food. instead if you order on the app you need to wait till it is ready. then fill in 8 fields about vehicle and what spot you are in. and then they will eventually get it to you.

Swiss Chalet app offers a significantly improved customer experience compared to when I reviewed it a few years ago. It's easy to order and quickly reorder past items. Great to see them acting on customer feedback.

terrible app. always have issues, especially tracking order. no email confirmations etc. the app can use some work. just updated completely useless now, cant even login
