Used to work OK, but now it keeps messing up on the payment page anytime I try to order something. Had to re-do order on website. update (05/25): there's still an inconsistent payment issue when trying to pay ahead through the App. It's usually resolved by re-adding your payment method but it's super annoying. Also it's absolutely abhorrent that they won't honour the CAA discount if you have extra sides in your order. Don't bother offering a discount if it's heavily restricted.

Dropping the ball a lot. unfortunately, far too many of my family's favorite restaurants can't seem to figure out the basics. I get Sunday was mother's Day and it was busy, but I placed the order over 2 hours before the scheduled delivery, which didn't arrive, they wouldn't answer the phone, and I had to also drive to the restaurant to pick up my order, where they couldn't even figure out why the order wasn't sent out. no discounts given either! extremely disappointed and frustrated!

The coupons tab never just works. It always tells me to finish my order set up that has been done and hasn't changed. Always have to fiddle with it, punching things in over and over until it decides my order set up is complete. If it lets me type or any of that at all. Some things are a pain to find, and just asking to remove something from a sandwich is 50/50 if it will actually be removed. Works fine for the most part other than that stuff.
