Seemless transactions. the issue of sender's full account number showing in full view in receipts is wrong and needs to be fixed

The app has bugs ,closes on its own, can't find the carbon app o. The play store and I had a late payment and I was reported to credit bureau and it's been over a year it still shows I'm owing , the app is no longer good as it use to be , I've been using the app since 2019

Am highly disappointed with carbon. There is a lot of errors in their activities: i took a loan and delay a repayment for two months they reported me to credit bureau. After i pay the loan just a week after they reported my BVN they refused to remove my BVN for credit bureaus this is more than a year. I send a mail they will tell you a team will get back to me but nothing is done uptill now for almost a year. Carbon is not efficient and effective any more.
