I just opened an account and I can't send into it and start my savings plan and it telling me to take a selfie to upgrade my account and wen I do all that it still not working and still asking me to take selfies again again and I can't find customer care line to call for help

by now i expect carbon not to believe in phone number but facial verification, I registered with carbon for over 5 years now and i lost the number and the mail have now opened another account they say this bvn already exists, I suggest doing live check or facial verification, now i can't log in to use the new account, why not implement a face verification instead of otp to email address or phone number please
