Ratings and reviews

Love the care I have received on multiple occasions from Carbon Health but cannot say the same about the app. It is incredibly painful to type out a message to communicate with the care team - the app either freezes or becomes super laggy. This wasn't the case when I first used Carbon Health, this is something I am experiencing in the recent 8-9 months. Probably the experience is better on their website but I have always relied on my phone for the convenience.

First of all, Carbon provides consistently great urgent care. I've used them many times and always walk away thankful for their attention to detail, manner of care, and general professionalism. Second, once you get to know the app it is really helpful- you can easily fill out forms, attach documents, and get results. Long story short, Carbon rocks.

Carbon Health itself is a great service with convenient, capable and kind providers, but I want to join the chorus of people saying this app is unusable. Scrolling up in a chat history, and trying to make an appointment using the map are two things that are impossible due to lag. It's been this way for about a year, too. I can only use the website on a desktop browser.Please fix this app, Carbon Health!
