This app sucks. Every time I try to use it, at checkout it says "error validation basket," and I can't use rewards without getting an error message either. Not to mention half the time there are menu items missing or incorrect, and if you have to use another app while in the middle of ordering, you'll have to go through the whole process again of selecting pickup or delivery, day, time, and location.

No trouble with scanning receipts on my Samsung Galaxy S10e! I would like to see a fix to easily and quickly delete messages without having to open the message, click on the trashcan and then confirm before it is deleted. Too many steps. Should be able to select all or some of the messages and tap a trashcan on the same screen to delete multiple messages at one time. Also, sometimes I receive the same message 3 times in one day! Once is enough. Thx! Love the food and the rewards program!

The app has a clean layout. Receipt scanner to claim points is difficult to use. Seems that has to be exactly (I mean exactly) in the right position to scan. In addition, points are not being added to the reward total. I have to contact them to request points and that requires a couple of emails to supply information and they take several days to reply. Seems to total defeat the convenience of the app.
