App update is terrible. You can no longer scan the receipt barcode to log your transaction. Scanning the barcode at the register doesn't work. Manually entering is the only way the app allows as a "missed transaction" and there is no submit button, it doesn't work! Have been twice since the update and have two receipts I can't get credit for. This is a serious downgrade , especially after having to reregister and essentially create a new account with less options to even redeem the points for.

Unfortunately, the app location finder to order just keeps thinking, and flashing back to the picture of the item, then thinking, flashing back to the picture...endless circle. It never allowed me to set my location to be able to order through the app. It is disappointing. First time visiting a shop today, and I wanted to use the app to order a catering tray. Please fix the bugs, as I would love to order on the app. Thanks.

Love their food, but the app sucks. I cannot view any details about the actual food items while ordering. When I then go to the website to look at the items, it clears everything I had entered into the app. Even after adding to my cart... if I navigate away from the app for even 2 seconds, it acts as if I literally just opened it, making me choose my delivery/pickup preference, and start completely over. Do better.
