My app just did the "BIG" update. I received multiple emails telling me to check my email info to login after the update. Now I cannot get in with my password, and have requested to change it several times. After trying eight times, I have not been sent a password reset email. In the app, I am just told that a link will be sent to me if my address matches an account. My email does match, as I have ordered in the past. I would be upset if I lost my points, and will likely not order again.

They messed the app up. Everyone always wants to change things but mess things up instead. It's much harder to navigate the app. Doesn't show pass history. Only one reward item other than food/drinks. Need to offer more specialty items other than just a cooler. I still wanted some of the specialty items like the Tumblers. To bad they screwed the update up. Good thing the food is still good..

App update is terrible. You can no longer scan the receipt barcode to log your transaction. Scanning the barcode at the register doesn't work. Manually entering is the only way the app allows as a "missed transaction" and there is no submit button, it doesn't work! Have been twice since the update and have two receipts I can't get credit for. This is a serious downgrade , especially after having to reregister and essentially create a new account with less options to even redeem the points for.
