Ratings and reviews

The test routes available are good and useful but the navigation part is downright awful. No integration with android auto so you cant see the routes and on screen. I had to constantly recenter the app as navigator. A couple of times the navigation was just unsure at what level to show me the map. Its a shame they couldn't have gone with integration with Google maps by just setting checkpoints. If the navigation is fixed to be at least decent I would give this app another 2 stars.

Purchased this product as I prepared to help my wife obtain her full Canadian license. We were unfamiliar with the roads around the testing centre. This app looked like a perfect tool for our situation In terms of concept and design, the product deserves a "5" rating. But, in terms of execution it falls well short--no on-screen or voice turn-by-turn directions. With some changes to resolve these issues, this product could well earn a "5" from me.

Navigation is broken. When it works it is okay enough. But more often than not, it doesn't recognise that I've set off from the starting point, even when starting from the right place(withing 200m). It still shows and follows my location so I end up trying to follow the route by looking at my phone screen, which kind of takes your concentration off the driving and mess up your practice. I've found it is better to just plan a route and set way point on Google maps.
