Card won't work My dad got me a card with $100 in it but it won't let me activate it. I put all my information in and when i click continue it says that green dot not working at this moment I've been trying for three days now and I'm getting really mad now. I put all my information right even try to fake some of the information but still won't work. Please help me
Can't login I have downloaded this app and attempted to log in on multiple occasions. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app each time. I can log in online with my username and password and my 3 security questions but not on the app. It flashes an error message that should only go away when I press the OK button, but low and behold it disappears before I can even read it to mention in the review. Please fix this issue..... Update fixed the issue. Thank you very much!
Liked at first then things went left I like the app when it first came out. Recently, however, I can't get beyond the first security question. My credentials work on the website but not on the app. The Helpless Desk suggested I use the website to see my balances. Of course, why didn't I think of that?!! This app does not work for me and calling the Helpless Desk is a exercise in aggrevation. I'll manage using the desktop until they fix the glitch. Update 10/16. Have contacted "Support" twice, No response.
Wrote a review and it got fixed so maybe someone is listening Still not happy I can't get an American Agent who understands Seniors and payees. This other country calling area isn't making me happy... who do I talk to when for some reason I've been a card holder for 5 years on a PREPAID card but can't get my husband on the second card. WHY? ● NOW I'm scared because I get paid the 3rd. May I got it the 31st. June the 29th. It's July 31st. If I don't get it "2 days early" as promoted, that's the final straw.
Please stop the logout interruption. The app works for me, but I hate how it interrupts anything else you may be doing just to tell you it has logged you out 10 minutes later. Please make the log out notification less intrusive.
Works Perfectly I don't know what everybody is complaining about I have this card for 2 years and it works just perfect. I get a paper check on Thursdays, but before I get my check my direct deposit is available Tuesday. The app aways works, maybe you need a new phone or update your apps.
