Destroyed my credit rating: i had a single transaction on their card(obtained through qatar airways offer) which was paid in time more than three months ago. it still shows 0 balance but they are reporting i haven't paid 107$ , twice now. my credit rating went from almost 800 to near 650. I contacted support multiple times and they said they will escalate it but not only they didnt fix it, they are still sending wrong reports. if you want to get your credit report screwed no reason, use this

Wow! I tried no fewer than 5 times and even used 2 different phone numbers yet I couldn't even manage to get pass the code verification stage. Epic fail on the UX/UI. There must be some sort of missing execution or exception because I literally couldn't get into the app to rate it properly. How unfortunate. Sad face. I'm going to uninstall it straightaway. Moreover, unless I see, hear or experience otherwise, I will be writing a review for Trust Pilot as well. Sorry. Wish the app worked 🫤.

Non existent customer service. I signed up for a $249/yr credit card because of the promised benefits. After 1 month they froze my account for an "investigation". Its been frozen for over a month and customer service can't answer why its frozen or how much longer it will take. No way to escalate. In the meantime I can't get the benefits which I paid $249 for.
