App is user friendly I love the app itself... but I'd fix 2 things. 1.) Jobs past the starting date should be removed so you're seeing current job opening and 2.) Something should be done about the people who don't reply to applicants. I've sent dozens of applications and only ONE person has bothered replying. Not cool!
Mediocre app It is such a basic app....most apps these days have great filtering mechanisms when searching for Providers, typing messages to Providers should incorporate basic ability to capitalize automatically when at the beginning of a sentence, etc. I would expect a much better user experience when paying for a service.
Why the credits? Hate the update so much. If I had money to blow on applying for jobs I wouldn't be on the app. I'm on it to make money. Not spend it with a low chance of even getting a job. None the less the ones that want credits are the ones that are close to me.so why the hell did you do that? But aside from that. Take up my offer on letting the sitters post for finders to read so its easier for sitters to get a job and finders to find a sitter.
Great Opportunity! The idea of this app is fantastic and I love using it, aside from the glitches. It's not always easy to navigate coming from a link in my email, and every time I message with someone, it constantly pops up asking if I've been hired yet. Every. Time. Lol Other than it's wonderful!
Lacking search refinement and nanny credential verification. Many of the nannies we've interviewed clearly lied about their credentials. Information on nannies are often wrong, which like site should force their candidates to update. Additionally, candidates should fill a pre developed form with questionaires this way it is easier to search for compatibilities. Also please clearly define a nanny and babysitter to candidates, often I interview applicants that are not ready to be nannies and expected to just play with our baby.
To pay or not to pay I haven't paid for the upgrade. I applied to several jobs. Those jobs say on my end that I've applied. However they keep showing up in my "new jobs" showing "0 applications". My cousins have both found success in using the app but both paid. I guess that's the only way to do it.
Bugfixes and improvements.
