Ordering a test seems to be the main reason my company switched to this app. The process was straight forward enough, but it didn't accept my full zip code, because it kept ignoring the 0 at the beginning. It also makes you back out to the home screen after filling out most of the request, in order to find your app account number. These are minor inconveniences that I think could be fixed easily.

PLEASE HELP Logging in with the app directs me to open my email received to create my account. Which then opens my personal email account which then I have to go back to work outlook. NOT EASY AT ALLI! Opening the email link...takes me to google play to download care685 again. A complete loop. The only options are to check my email or resend link.

The app says it needs an update today, but there is no option in the Google Play Store to upgrade. I have tried 2 or 3 times to uninstall and reinstall in hopes that would work, but it hasn't updated it, either. Luckily today I had time to go to the website and do the daily passport requirement. I hope the update to the app is available soon.
