First I had problems setting up my account, now I got a bill that I have to pay through the app, and all I can do is read a message about improvements to security (better password and 2 factor id) which I already have set up. There is no way to close the message window, just closes the whole app and I have to log in again, and end up at the same message. Frustrating!

as of 8/24 the app is requiring a password reset. Even if you enter a new password that meets all the criteria, the button to submit the password change (and presumably regain access to the app) is greyed out. there is no way to close the window. I've tried reinstalling the app and logging back in again but no luck, the button to complete the password change is broken and the app is completely unusable. I'm unable to check in for or pay for my appointments.

Used to be a great app but something happened and I can't see my appointments. They all say denied but when I call my office, they are not. I cannot see my payments. I cannot receive or read or send messages. I've called Breeze to inform them and sent emails. They do respond, but say it's fixed. I have Uninstalled and installed numerous times. Not worth the run around anymore. Just have to call the office to schedule.
