This app is a mess. piece of advice: don't store your credit card info into the app. in Mecca, a driver canceled the ride, and I was charged for it. in other instance, I had money in the wallet inside the app, when I booked a ride, it didn't show the final price after subtracting the 30% off and the money i have in my wallet. I end up giving the driver (who kept quiet) 40 rials for a ride that was supposed to cost 11 rials. This app needs a lot of works. 2 stars because rides are cheaper.

Absolutely useless service. Ordered food delivery for an office party 2 hours in advance. When not delivered, called the customer service when the app was continuing to show the order was running late by 50 minutes from the original delivery. I was promised delivery in 17 minutes. After an hour and several follow ups I was told they were unable to reach the rider and they had to cancel the order

My account has been "deactivated" for an unknown reason, and customer support has recommended I get a new mobile number to use their service! Even their technical team has stated that reactivation is not possible. They can't even delete my account. Go figure! EDIT: Thanks for the auto-reply! Hard pass. Already been down that route.
