This app is a mess. piece of advice: don't store your credit card info into the app. in Mecca, a driver canceled the ride, and I was charged for it. in other instance, I had money in the wallet inside the app, when I booked a ride, it didn't show the final price after subtracting the 30% off and the money i have in my wallet. I end up giving the driver (who kept quiet) 40 rials for a ride that was supposed to cost 11 rials. This app needs a lot of works. 2 stars because rides are cheaper.

Absolutely useless service. Ordered food delivery for an office party 2 hours in advance. When not delivered, called the customer service when the app was continuing to show the order was running late by 50 minutes from the original delivery. I was promised delivery in 17 minutes. After an hour and several follow ups I was told they were unable to reach the rider and they had to cancel the order

Careem quik should be avoided at all costs: why 1) Quality of vegetables & fruits are not good, specially when it is discounted 2) The weight of the items are not according to what is mentioned in the app, so the items are more expensive that reality (bananas) 3) missing items when order is delivered 4) after waiting for 25 mins useless support team call you and inform you that the items will not be delivered, on the app it is shown as delivered (accounting corruption and revenue inflation)
