Ratings and reviews

I purchased the CTET Paper 2 batch and there is one important Geography video that is not playing at all. It gets stuck on loading every time. I have reported this issue many times in the app, but the help-desk/support team is not responding properly or providing any solution. Only one video is not working, so fixing it should not take this long. My preparation is getting delayed because of this. Please resolve this issue urgently.

firstly, such a rubbish app interface. Nothing is good, easy and comfortable. It's to irritable interface. Second, their teachers for EVS and many more they are just doing nothing, no sequence no notes in live class they are just searching through Internet (in live) and teaching like they are not getting paid they are just coming and doing favor. Like no notes are there just Class PNG Notes also no images, no study material, No DPP and this I'm saying after 2 months of CTET batch started.

I am facing several problems with the app like it keep loading after having good internet connection. And the most important one is like after doing in portrait mode the the lower part of screen shows 3 icons of poll comment download but it doesn't work and it occupies class monitor screen which makes it difficult to get through the class. This issue is huge because of it I can't even took the classes properly.
