Just a lot of bugs with the app. Can't even select to reuse my client's signature anymore as it just downloads the signature onto my phone instead of applying the signature for clocking out and even clocking out bugs out half the time and doesn't register, resulting in an email at 3am telling me I missed my clock out, despite having done so at the end of a shift. Really inconvenient overall.

Edit: Since there seems to be no support for this app, I emailed to the developer to ask for help. My email immediately bounced back, showing the true email. It's Outsourced. After the last update, the Agency ID constantly disappears. When prompted to write notes, I have to type it in at least 2x for it to save in the right place. If I'm busy with my client and clock out 2 minutes late, I'm clocked out of my shift. This app takes up a lot of time and should be simpler to use.

Meh... it's an odd little app. It doesn't log me in at nor inside of the client's home. I have to be at the neighbor's door. It doesn't allow for extra time to log out with some of our most difficult client's. Could be the fault of our company. The tasks and survey seems to have been completely by a fifth grader. It has nothing to do with the actual client's do and don't. It list all of my male clients as women. Again could be an error that need special attention. Testing more functions.
