4.4.2 Removes App Op from the OS!! :( Apparently 4.4.2 removes App Op from the Android operating system. App Op is what is needed for apps like this (Permissions Managers) to work. I think this is terrible as I have installed quite a few apps now which have unnecessary permissions which I had disabled via App Op. I now need to try and remember which they are and remove them even though I need them. But I can't have them with their possible 'spying/hacking' permissions. I think going back to good old Windows/Windows Phone is becoming more attractive as time goes on, as for example I love reading the great formatted news on Windows 8 every morning from the news tile. I'm very disappointed in Google regarding this App Op change.
OK Great you can see what's going on but this app cannot do anything about it, so its of limited use.
Freezing on S i9000 2.2.1 After latest update it freezing after update database. Galaxy s i9000 with 2.2.1 Please fix it!
Great app! And as a bonus: No "special permissions" required for this app. Wow, just wow!
Does exactly what it says on the tin Nice to see this focus instead of 'bloating' with unnecessary features (I'm looking at previous reviews). AppOp isn't this app's fault (...like: my 4.4.4 has AppOp) and permission management isn't this app's intended function. If you want to take it a new direction, you can fork it from open source and make the changes yourself (a really nice gesture by the author, by the way).
Tips If your gonna use this and you're also rooted get Xprivacy to disable those info stealing permissions. The Xposed installer has awesome privacy modules to install along side this app.
