Basic but very slow to making bookings Concierge level member. Really hate the "loading ... Please wait" dialog box which blocks the app every time you try to do anything meaningful. Makes it frustratingly useless. Also why do some hotels (Blu so no excuse in my book eg rome) block the "cancel" etc buttons for bookings? ANNOYING. You are clearly not one chain
Going the wrong way! I have been using this app from the first version, and have been very happy with it. I am relatively often on trips where I have to change my plans and having this app have made my travel life easier. I have used it for almost all my Radisson bookings, but after the last update I am about to give up on it. It has become extremely slow, often stops working and is regularly asking me to log in to my CC account (again) after a search.
Last Update Since last update all I get on Samsung Galaxy S6 is "Loading...please wait" Trying to book upcoming trips and being forced to use another hotel family in order to complete reservations on a working app. Please push out another update.
Its horrible Where is the new easy to use desig? Why it does not work. What does message: "Your request could not be processed" mean when trying to sign in?
Junk even if updated. Worse than Accor. Difficult to use, price in points hidden, instead of displayed next to price like top hotel chains.
Better, not there yet. Upcoming reservation should be on front page and account summary could use a redesign.
