As you prepare for your vacation, download the ultimate cruise app! Available on all Carnival ships.

Use the Carnival HUB app to share your cruise countdown with friends, then explore and book shore excursions, spa treatments, drink packages and more (restricted for adults). When the time comes, you may also check-in and obtain your boarding documents.

As you board your ship, connect to Carnival’s Wi-Fi to view what’s happening, weather, dining menus and more! Onboard internet purchase is NOT required to use the Carnival HUB app.

Before your cruise:

Ratings and reviews

The app is an all in one gem to use on the ship. The problem is having to reconnect to the ships wifi, so it is inconsistent for receiving text messages from family members on the ship connected to the chat. We had many missed messages and meet ups because of this. However, for meal planning and a way to know what's happening during the day, it is nice, even though there are paper copies.

I enjoyed being able to see all the events for each day and adding what I liked to my planner. Gave reminders and the locations. Only thing I kept having issues with was the app disconnecting from wifi and others in our group had more issues with that also, so we had trouble communicating after having to pay for that service. That was annoying but it worked for us a couple of times.

It is helpful to have, but for whatever reason, it continually goes forward a day, and you have to catch it or you're looking at the wrong schedule. It's great that when you "like" an event that you get reminders prior. As everyone knows, the internet sucks so the app is useless until you repeatedly turn on and off, but even then, it's a problem. Don't bother purchasing the chat as it doesn't work continually either. Carnival.....Please get starlink!!! 🥹
