The Princess Cruises app is your vacation guide and key to planning and unlocking experiences onboard.

Before you arrive, use this app to:

Ratings and reviews

There are serious issues of integrating the front end with the back end. If your book the inbound flight and arrive the day before embarkation, the app will show the last day of the previous cruise schedule on your ship journey. The ship schedule shows docking time for each port, but not the departure time. Some features, such as cabin upgrade bid, can only be done via the web and not on the app.

App sucks. Carnival and princess are owned by the same company, yet I have never had as many issues with the carnival app as I have with the princess app. Wouldn't let me sign in at first, when I finally could, it didn't recognize my booking information, when it finally recognized the booking information (nothing changed) it wouldn't let me check-in without timing out or crashing a million times. Now I can't enter payment information and without a credit card I'm not fully checked in. Fix it!

Can't sort excursions by port - had to waste a LOT of time scrolling through every possible excursion on the cruise. Once paid for, difficult to find & verify the excursions you've paid for. The app sucks up a lot of charge. On the cruise, my Samsung S23 got VERY hot and ran the battery down quickly... had to turn phone off.
