Ratings and reviews

I love Carrefour and its products, but the app needs an English (and Spanish too) option. I understand France is French-speaking, but adding a few major languages would attract more customers and likely increase sales. As I'm still learning French, I don't feel confident placing large orders, so I often use other services instead. This is the only reason for my low rating.

I am not able to create an online account because the system says my birth date is in incorrect format (I use the built-in calendar to select a date, so nothing can be incorrect on my end). I get the same error on all browsers and devices. I tried to initiate Whatsapp conversation with the Carrefour team using the QR code on your website, but Whatsapp says QR code is not valid. The problem seems to be on server-side. If you could fix it, I will update the negative review.
